The first participation in a Hygge Sports Club (Hygge SC) event is considered a trial for the participant and is ¥1,000. The student is allowed to have up to a maximum two trial sessions. The cost of the second trial is also ¥1,000. This payment will be asked to be made via: Cash. The student will be registered by Hygge SC in a one-day sports insurance coverage for these trial events.
After a maximum of two trials, a student who plans to join will need to pay a one-time enrollment fee of ¥2,000 which is required upon joining Hygge SC. This fee includes one-year sports insurance coverage for the participant from the date of registration. Payment for this can be made via: Cash or Bank transfer.
After completing this Google Form, you will receive an e-mail with the upcoming Hygge SC events and fixtures, with the fees for each event. In your reply to the e-mail, you can share which events you hope for the student to join. After the first e-mail, you will be registered to receive biweekly e-mails with upcoming events.
Participation in sessions is optional and based on confirmation. Students join the sessions that they have been signed up for.
Fees are collected per session unless otherwise stated.
Some events will be sports events where adults also participate, and some events will just be students together. For the events where adults participate, the Hygge SC coach/coaches will always play on the same team as the students.
Session fees will be communicated in each biweekly email.
Communication will only take place between Hygge SC and parents/guardians through e-mail.
